    Introduction

    Resolis is a recently established professional services company set up to provide a range of management services to the infrastructure investment sector. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dalmore Capital, an independent fund management company which provides institutional investors with access to long term investment opportunities in predominantly UK based PPP infrastructure assets. Dalmore Capital manages over £5.0 billion of capital and its funds have invested in c.130 infrastructure assets thorough discretionary and co-investment vehicles.

    An investment in a PPP asset is structured through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) which is used to contract with all parties involved. Resolis provides the following management services for these SPV’s:

    • Operational & contract management
    • Accounting, company secretarial, financial modelling and tax
    • Counterparty liaison & management
    • Lifecycle expenditure
    • Insurances

    The Opportunity

    As Finance Manager you will be responsible for the effective financial management of a portfolio of these SPV’s. Key duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Preparation of management accounts together with variance analysis
    • Maintenance of project financial models and effective financial planning
    • Preparation of annual budgets, stat accounts and coordination of the annual audit
    • Liaising with external tax advisors
    • Working closely with Investment Directors and other parties involved in the project to ensure the smooth day to day operation of key activities
    • Attending shareholder meetings as required

    Experience Required

    This position would be well suited to a qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA) with circa 0-4 years PQE, coming from either practice or industry, with experience of the duties listed above. This is a position which will interact with multiple stakeholders across various disciplines, so it is essential that you have excellent communication and relationship management skills. Previous sector experience is not required as full training will be provided and there is a very experienced leadership team in place.

    Salary will be dependent on experience, plus benefits which will include generous bonus and pension contributions, private healthcare etc.
